MÉXICO CITY, Mexico-May 31, 2005-Sodexho México (SDX-NYSE), the leading provider of food and facilities management services to corporations and remote sites throughout México, announced today that it has entered the higher education services market with a three-year contract, valued at USD $3 million (MXP $33 million) to manage and operate food services at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Sodexho will provide restaurant dining and snack services to over 12,500 students, faculty and staff at Tecnológico de Monterrey's campus in México City.

Sodexho will combine its worldwide expertise with its local knowledge of México's traditions to offer customized services to fit the dining needs of its customers at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Equipment will be upgraded and painting of facilities will take place to enhance both the kitchens and dining areas.
