Sodexho USA Names 2005 Vendor of the Year Awards

GAITHERSBURG, MD, August 2, 2005-Sodexho USA (NYSE: SDX), the nation's leading provider of food service and facilities management, announced its 2005 Vendor of the Year awards, naming PepsiCo as National Spirit of Service Vendor of the Year, Sysco North Dakota as Regional Spirit of Service Vendor of the Year, Cargill as National Spirit of Progress Vendor of the Year, Keany Produce as Regional Spirit of Progress Vendor of the Year, General Mills as National Team Spirit Vendor of the Year, The Eastern Bag & Paper Group as Regional Team Spirit Vendor of the Year and Asbury Towel as Diverse Supplier Vendor of the Year.

The award recipients were selected based on recommendations from the Sodexho marketing, culinary, compliance, supply management and operations support staffs.
