Sodexho Provides Educational, Career Opportunities Through Partnership With Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU)

Company to provide $75,000 for scholarships and internships for minority students

GAITHERSBURG, Md, September 7, 2006-Sodexho, Inc. (NYSE: SDX), the nation's leading provider of food and facilities management, announced today that it has partnered with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) to provide $75,000 to support scholarships and internships for minority students and support career and educational initiatives by HACU.

As part of the agreement, Sodexho will be actively involved in HACU's Corporate Philanthropic Advisory Council. Sodexho will also participate in a collaborative effort that will develop job opportunities, address nutrition and awareness issues and public policy issues that impact Hispanic Serving Institutions.
